Shane Moffitt

Shane Moffitt is a leading Australian cyber security advisor with over two decades of experience at the intersection of technology risk and executive leadership. As the Principal of SHM Advisory, Shane works with government agencies, defence supply chain organisations and commercial organisations on cyber governance, risk management, and security assurance.

Shane's career includes serving as Deputy CISO of the Victorian Government and as Oceania Lead for ISO 27001 at EY. He has been an ASD accredited IRAP Assessor since 2016 and has conducted assessments across federal and state government agencies, cloud service providers and defence supply chain organisations.

Shane brings a rare dual perspective to this workshop, having sat on both sides of the assessment process as a senior agency security leader and as an accredited assessor.
