There is no single route into cyber security. People arrive from IT, law, defence, teaching, trades and everywhere in between, and the industry is stronger for it.
The Careers Village brings together recruiters, hiring managers and practitioners for sessions on pathways into the industry, the state of the job market, and the skills employers are actually looking for. Practical workshops cover the things that get overlooked, from personal branding and interview preparation to making the move into leadership.
Sessions are open format and run in the Exhibition Hall throughout the conference. Come for one, or spend the day.
