AISA and RSAC are excited to announce the return of the much sought-after RSAC™ CISO Boot Camp. We are now accepting expressions of interest. Priority will be given to first-time applicants.

The RSAC™ CISO Boot Camp is an exclusive, invitation-only gathering of aspiring CISOs from organisations around the world. The goal is simple: to introduce and develop the skills needed to build a successful CISO career.

The program is delivered by experienced CISOs and industry experts, and attendees can expect quality presentations, inspiring conversations, and immersive hands-on learning through live simulations.

Running the day before CyberCon, the Boot Camp creates a unique opportunity to connect with peers on the same career trajectory, and with seasoned experts who may become lasting mentors.

This closed-door, Chatham House Rule program delivers a curated experience designed to prepare the next generation of CISOs for the challenges ahead.

Application Criteria

To be considered for the RSAC™ CISO Boot Camp, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Aspiring CISOs poised to assume a leadership role within 12 months
  • No vendors, suppliers, or consultants unless currently in an active security-facing role and on track to become a CISO
  • A limit of two individuals per organisation applies
  • No sales, marketing, or media roles are permitted
  • Due to high demand, applicants may be asked to provide additional information about their experience
  • Has not attended RSAC™ CISO Boot Camp previously (prioritisation will be given to first-time attendees)
  • Must be close to being or have recently been promoted to CISO
  • Fractional and Virtual CISOs are valid roles, however applicants must demonstrate they have an actual role in place and attendance should be based on experience and current role
  • Must be within APAC region

Applicants must complete the Why section as it will be considered heavily by program reviewers.

Attendance at CyberCon 2026 as a fully registered delegate is a prerequisite for Boot Camp participation. If selected, full conference registration will be required to secure your place.
