Maple Fox (they/them) is a Melbourne-based security engineer specialising in cloud and platform security, identity-first design, Zero Trust, and security automation. They work across Azure, AWS, Entra, Sentinel, Intune, and Terraform, and have built secure baseline, policy, identity, and orchestration capabilities in consulting, product, and enterprise environments. 

Maple has also created a secure cloud baseline lab using Terraform, policy, and CI/CD guardrails to explore how cloud foundations can be made safer, more scalable, and easier to govern. Alongside industry work, they are a Cybersecurity Associate Teaching Fellow at Deakin University and a community leader through ACUCyS and DUCA.
