Kelly Robertson is Principal Security Practitioner at Zisher InfoSec, specialising in post-quantum cryptographic readiness advisory for enterprise and government organisations. With decades of Silicon Valley cyber security experience, Kelly works at the intersection of PQC strategy, regulatory compliance, and organisational change - helping security teams translate quantum threat awareness into executable migration programmes.

Kelly is the Education Director of the ISSA Silicon Valley Chapter, author of InfoSec Actualized and on operational PQC frameworks including the SMEAC-based Operational Orders for Q-Day, and a recognised voice on the risks quantum security decision-making. Kelly's advisory practice spans NIST FIPS 203/204/205, NSA CNSA 2.0, NSM-10, OMB M-23-02, and ASD HACE compliance requirements.
