Australia's 2030 deadline under ASD HACE guidance is not a planning target - it is an operational order already in effect. With enterprise cryptographic transitions averaging three to five years, organisations that have not started are already behind schedule.
This workshop uses the SMEAC operational planning framework - Situation, Mission, Execution, Administration & Logistics, Command & Signal - to transform post-quantum cryptographic readiness from abstract threat into actionable programme.
Participants will not sit through a briefing. They will work through it.
Across five structured exercises, teams will draft each paragraph of their own Operational Order for Q-Day: scoping their threat situation, defining their mission, sequencing their execution phases, and establishing governance and reporting structures. The capstone deliverable is a one-page Operational Order each participant takes home - a genuine first draft of their organisational PQC programme, built during the session.
This is not a quantum physics course. It is a planning exercise for the cryptographic transition you are already obligated to execute.
