Jackie Orchard

Jackie Orchard is Head of Information & Security Advisory at Team Global Express (TGE), Australia's largest multimodal logistics provider. With nearly two decades of experience spanning information security governance, AI governance, privacy compliance, eDiscovery strategy, and data classification, Jackie brings both deep technical expertise and executive-level communication skills to every engagement.

Jackie is recognised as Australia's only Relativity AI Visionary (2022) and led the build of Westpac Banking Corporation’s comprehensive internal eDiscovery capability — a program that delivered significant cost savings and won the 2018 Legal IT Team of the Year award. She has presented to boards, legal teams, technology leadership, and regulators across the financial services and logistics sectors.

Jackie holds professional memberships with ISACA, AISA, InfoGovANZ, and AWSN, and currently serves as NSW Vice President and National Membership Manager for the Westpac Group Alumni, managing a national community of over 8,000 members. 

She is a committed advocate for practical, implementation-focused security governance and for elevating women's voices in the Australian cyber security profession.
