Amelia Edge is a recognised cyber security workforce and community leader, known for driving initiatives that strengthen Australia's cyber capability, expand talent pipelines, and foster a more inclusive security profession.

She is best known for establishing and leading the Victorian Summer of Cyber Pilot Program, one of Australia's most impactful emerging talent initiatives. Under her leadership, the program brought together industry, government, academia, small businesses, and aspiring professionals to deliver real-world cyber projects. The program received national recognition for its contribution to cyber workforce development and industry collaboration.

In her role as National Volunteer and Community Lead at the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN), Amelia leads volunteer strategy, community programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives that strengthen AWSN's national reach and impact.

A passionate advocate for skills-based pathways and workforce innovation, Amelia regularly contributes to conversations on cyber talent, leadership, diversity, and the future of work. As a neurodiverse leader, she champions the value of diverse thinking and non-traditional career pathways in building resilient and high-performing teams.
