Phish Defense is a cybersecurity company specialising in human risk management. We exist because organisations have spent two decades hardening networks, endpoints and email gateways, yet most cyber breaches still begin with a person, and annual training has not changed that.

We work with security and risk leaders across all industries, from financial services and healthcare to manufacturing and critical infrastructure, who need human risk managed the way technical cyber risk already is: measured continuously, clearly owned, and evidenced to the board.

Our founding conviction is that employees are a measurable layer of cyber defense rather than an unavoidable weakness. In practice that means testing people across the channels attackers genuinely use, coaching them at the moment they get it wrong, and scoring behavioural risk from the individual employee up to the organisation.

We support customers across Globally, working with in-house security teams and managed security service providers.
