Wei Lerr Wong

Lerr is a Cyber Security Awareness & Engagement practitioner working at the intersection of human behaviour and cyber security.

She designs and delivers awareness initiatives focused on making cyber security relevant to everyday people, with an emphasis on engagement, accessibility, and measurable behavioural impact. Her work spans campaign development, content creation, and data analysis to identify gaps and inform more targeted outreach.

At the Australian National University, she built and runs a cyber awareness program in a high-noise, low-attention environment, where inboxes are full and security messages compete with everything else people would rather be doing. Her work focuses on testing what actually gets people to stop, pay attention, and act.

She brings a practical, experiment-driven perspective on engaging high-risk, low-attention audiences, and translating those lessons into approaches that organisations can apply in the real world.
