Wayne Tufek is Director and Co-Founder of CyberRisk and President of the ISACA Melbourne Chapter. He has spent more than two decades helping organisations tackle cyber risk in the real world, leading security, governance, assurance, and risk initiatives across government, higher education, retail, financial services, and other complex environments.
He has built and led security functions, advised executives and boards, managed major incidents, and delivered practical security uplift across strategy, resilience, third-party risk, architecture, and control assurance. Wayne is known for cutting through jargon and translating cyber security into practical business decisions that leaders can act on.
