Urit Eshel is a cyber security and technology executive with over 15 years of global leadership across cyber, intelligence, and critical infrastructure environments. Her foundation was shaped within elite intelligence settings, combined with commercial leadership across both offensive and defensive cyber domains. She has operated at the forefront of advanced cyber capabilities through roles at organisations including NSO Group Cybergym (IEC), and currently Immersive Labs, focusing on cyber resilience, threat simulation, and protection of national-scale infrastructure.

Urit has led complex go-to-market strategies across APAC, EMEA, and emerging markets, working directly with governments, regulators, and enterprise leadership on high-impact cyber risk and capability adoption. Her work consistently sits at the intersection of technology, national security, and executive decision-making.
