Tonee Marqus

Tonee is a Cyber Security Consultant at Phronesis Security in Sydney, where he conducts professional penetration tests across network infrastructure, web applications, cloud environments, and Active Directory. With over four years of offensive security experience, he brings a deeply technical and hands-on perspective to every engagement, from initial reconnaissance through to full compromise and remediation reporting.

Beyond client work, Tonee is an active contributor to the security community. He publishes practical offensive security research and technical write-ups on Medium, making complex attack techniques accessible to practitioners at all levels. He is also the author of ShadowCommand - an open-source Command and Control framework built for red teaming, reflecting his commitment to pushing the boundaries of offensive security research.

Tonee holds a Bachelor of Information and Communications Technology from Western Sydney University, majoring in Cyber Security, and a Diploma of Software Development from TAFE NSW. He carries offensive certification like - OSCP, OSWA, OSWE, OSEP, OSED, CRTO, and CRTP - reflecting a sustained commitment to mastering every layer of the modern attack chain.
