Shane Bell

Shane is the Co-Founder and CEO of NSB Cyber, a specialised cyber security consultancy founded in 2023 and headquartered in Sydney, Australia. Over the span of his 21-year career, Shane has operated in various leadership roles across the cyber landscape. For the first decade of his career, he operated in cyber response, acting as a cyber expert in hundreds of incidents and crisis moments. For the latter decade of his career, Shane has turned his attention to the more proactive side of cyber, working with clients to set strategies, design and operate meaningful cyber programs geared for resilience.

As a Founder and the Chief Executive of NSB Cyber, Shane now spends a large portion of his time with the Executive Teams and Boards of NSB Cyber’s clients, facilitating simulations or just talking to them about how to navigate a cyber crisis, and how to come out the other side.
