Sarah Assaf is a Senior Security Engineer at Stan Entertainment with prior experience at Amazon Web Services and Woolworths Group, spanning incident response, vulnerability management, and application security across enterprise, retail, and media environments.
Sarah holds a Master of Cyber Security from UNSW Sydney. Her published research, presented at MODSIM World 2024, explored the use of large language models as human simulators in security awareness testing, resulting in the development of a SEAT framework benchmarked against CIS, NIST, and the Australian ISM. This talk is a 2026 expansion of that work, reframed around AI as adversary rather than AI as methodology.
