At the core of her work is the WISE Resilience program, a transformative eight-week program designed to move beyond traditional "tick-the-box" wellbeing. The program focuses on the vital importance of risk-based mental resilience training and self-regulation skills specifically tailored to prevent burnout and psychological harm.
Sally has served as a lead educator and facilitator for the CISO Lens community, guiding CISOs and technical security leaders through risk-based resilience training specifically tailored for those at risk of burnout.
Drawing on her extensive background working with emergency services and frontline responders, Sally’s approach is rooted in neuroscience. She teaches leaders how to shift the brain from a reactive survival mode to a well-regulated state, ensuring cognitive clarity and psychological safety under the ever-evolving threat landscape of cyber security.
