Associate Professor Raza Nowrozy is an experienced academic and cyber security professional with over 20 years of experience across information technology and cyber security. He holds a Doctorate in Cyber Security and currently serves as an Associate Professor at MIT Melbourne Institute of Technology.

His work spans both academia and industry, combining a strong research foundation with practical experience in areas such as cyber risk management, governance frameworks, cloud security, and incident response. He has worked with a range of tier-one organisations in Australia, contributing to the development of resilient and effective security practices.

Associate Professor Nowrozy is widely recognised for his ability to translate complex cyber security challenges into clear, practical insights for diverse audiences. His research and teaching focus on strengthening leadership capability, decision-making, and workforce development within the cyber security domain.

He is also a strong advocate for inclusive education and workforce diversity, with a particular focus on empowering neurodivergent talent. His work aims to make cyber security education more accessible, while supporting the development of capable and future-ready professionals across the industry.
