Raymond Loh is Product Leader of Cyber, Australia at AXA XL, where he leads the development and delivery of cyber and technology insurance solutions across the Australian market. He works closely with underwriting, claims, actuarial and global product teams to manage cyber risk, product strategy and market response to evolving threat and regulatory landscapes.

Raymond has extensive experience in cyber claims and incident response, having previously led cyber claims for AXA XL. An admitted New South Wales lawyer, he regularly speaks and writes on cyber risk, ransomware and data breach governance for legal, insurance and cyber audiences.
