Peter Soulsby is a leading Australian cyber security expert who combines executive-level strategy with hands-on technical authority in cyber security frameworks and security architecture.

As Director of Cyber Security at Brennan, he leads a broad portfolio spanning consulting, security strategy, engineering, and 24/7/365 Security Operations Centre services—helping organisations strengthen resilience, protect critical infrastructure, and manage cyber risk in a rapidly evolving threat landscape shaped by digital transformation and AI-enabled attacks.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the IT industry—including over a decade dedicated to cyber security—Soulsby has worked across financial services, retail, government, healthcare, mining, and critical infrastructure.

His background includes senior leadership roles such as Director of Security Practice for DXC Technology, Director of Security at NTT Ltd, General Manager of Security at NTT, and Regional Executive at Britehouse (a Dimension Data company). He has also served as Chairperson of the Retail Information Security Community, reflecting his long-standing commitment to industry collaboration and practical, outcomes-driven security.
