CEO
SecDim

Dr Pedram Hayati is the founder and CEO of SecDim, a platform that treats application security as an engineering discipline — built around competitive secure coding wargames that close the gap between security knowledge and developer behaviour. His career spans two decades of offensive and defensive security research: he has published 25+ zero-day advisories since 2005, reported thousands of vulnerabilities to Fortune 500 organisations, and led the global penetration-testing unit at the world's second-largest defence contractor.

Pedram holds a PhD in Information Security and Machine Learning, lectures postgraduate cyber security at UNSW ADFA (Australian Defence Force Academy), and founded SecTalks.org — a multinational non-profit security community with more than 25,000 members across four continents.

He speaks regularly at Black Hat, DEF CON, FIRSTCon, NDC, and OWASP AppSec.
