Paul has watched the cyber landscape evolve through many eras, from simple perimeter security to nation-state threat actors, ransomware groups and human mistakes that still manage to surprise. As CISO at Softsource vBridge, he helps NZ organisations focus on what counts, where clever thinking matters more than large budgets.

His background spans GRC, threat intelligence and incident response, and he is equally comfortable in a technical discussion or a boardroom conversation. Outside work, he applies his attention to detail to distilling excellent gin in his garage.
