Ning Sun

Ning Sun is a Senior Security Architect working in the critical infrastructure sector, where she focuses on making security practical, scalable, and embedded in everyday delivery. She first attended CyberCon Melbourne as a speaker in 2025, sharing her team’s experience of introducing threat modelling into a utilities environment from the ground up. This year, Ning returns to continue that story - reflecting on what happened after the foundations were laid.
