Nicholas Blackmore is a Partner at Kennedys with 26 years’ experience in advising on technology and data privacy in Australia and Hong Kong. He has conducted data privacy audits, drafted data privacy compliance documentation and defended clients in regulatory investigations. He has also advised on hundreds of cyber incidents and data breaches as leader of Kennedys’ Australian cyber incident response practice.
