Murtaza “Taz” Kudrati is an early-career cyber security professional and L1 SOC Analyst at Ernst & Young. He recently completed a Bachelor of Cyber Security, developing hands-on experience in threat detection, incident triage, and SIEM platforms including Microsoft Sentinel and Splunk.

As a neurodiverse professional, Taz brings a natural curiosity and strong pattern recognition to security operations. His ability to hyperfocus and think laterally supports his work in analysing alerts and identifying potential threats in fast-paced environments.

Outside of work, Taz enjoys building complex LEGO systems and experimenting with hardware and wireless technologies, including Flipper Zero and LoRa networks - reflecting his passion for understanding how systems connect, behave, and can be secured.
