Leanne Ngo is an Associate Professor and Human Factors in Cybersecurity Lead, specialising in cyber security and digital education with a strong focus on cyber culture, awareness, and human centred approaches to security. An award winning educator with over 20 years of experience in educational leadership, she is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of learners and future cyber leaders.

Leanne works closely with industry, government, and community partners to address cyber security workforce challenges and regularly speaks at events on cyber security, digital innovation, and education. Her work bridges research, teaching, and practice, with an emphasis on building sustainable and inclusive pathways into cyber security.

She leads Women in Cyber initiatives, mentoring women, young people, and culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and is passionate about creating welcoming environments that enable people from all backgrounds to recognise their potential and participate meaningfully in the cyber security ecosystem.
