Kylie Watson

Kylie Watson is the Head of Cyber Security and the Corporate CISO for DXC Technology across the APJ MEA region, leading a team of nearly 1000 security professionals. She is responsible for cyber defence across infrastructure, applications, and services, and directly oversees the operation of five regional Security Operations Centres, all with Agentic AI, delivering 24×7 detection and response.

With over two decades of experience spanning military engineering, critical infrastructure, and cyber security, Kylie has been deeply involved in building and running large-scale SOCs, managing detection and response services, and incident response capabilities at a global scale. In recent years, her focus has centred on the secure operationalisation of AI in security operations, including agentic systems, automation, and decision support within the SOC.

Kylie is also an AI ethicist and cyber technology sociologist, recognised for her work on accountability, trust, and resilience in AI-driven security systems, and is a frequent speaker on modern cyber defence and secure operations.
