Kersti Eesmaa is Chief Operating Officer at Vertical Scope Group (VSG). She brings 30 years of leadership experience from a distinguished diplomatic career representing Estonia, including a five-year term as Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to Australia, completed in August 2024. Kersti began her diplomatic career as a trade diplomat in Geneva and Brussels, later serving as Director General of Human Resources and leading the Estonian consular service for five years.
