Justin Allen

Justin Allen is a Senior Manager – Security Operations at Huntress (January 2025–present), with over a decade of cyber security leadership across commercial and national defence sectors.

At CrowdStrike Falcon Complete, he progressed from Analyst to Manager, delivering two capabilities from the ground up - a graduate development programme producing work-ready analysts, and a Japanese MDR service establishing 24/7 operations in a new market - consistently focused on developing people, scaling operational maturity, and driving service quality.

Justin served as a full-time Royal Australian Air Force Officer for over a decade, spanning APT intrusion analysis at the Australian Cyber Security Centre, cyber incident response leadership, and an operational deployment to Al Minhad Air Base (UAE). He now serves as an Active Reservist and foundational member of the ADF Cyber Reserve Workforce initiative — bridging private industry expertise with uniformed military capability to augment full-time defence operations.

His leadership philosophy is grounded in intent-based leadership — setting clear outcomes while empowering teams to exercise independent judgement in execution. Forged through military service and tested in high-pressure commercial environments, this approach is complemented by a multidisciplinary academic background spanning Computer Science, AI, Space Engineering, and Robotics.
