His background spans security operations, enterprise systems, process optimisation, KPI reporting, and cross-functional delivery management.

Before moving into his current leadership role, Jason spent several years leading security operations for NothingPhishy, Cyberoo.AI’s digital risk protection platform, building hands-on experience in phishing and scam response workflows. His work is centred on turning fragmented signals into more consistent, measurable, and operationally useful response processes across complex cyber and scam operations.
