Faizal Janif is a senior AI and cyber security executive with extensive experience helping organisations understand, adopt, and govern advanced AI technologies. His expertise spans agentic AI systems, AI security, and enterprise AI maturity, underpinned by a strong foundation in cyber security, regulatory compliance & operational resilience.

As founder of Cyber 12 and a member of the AISA Executive Advisory Board, Faizal works closely with executive teams and boards to demystify AI, translate complex concepts into practical governance frameworks, and enable confident, informed decision-making around AI adoption.

His work encompasses designing AI governance structures, implementing risk and control frameworks, building secure AI operating models, and advising on regulatory alignment across APRA, ACSC, ASD, and global standards.
