Through VSG, he has delivered award-winning trusted workforce and consulting solutions to government and industry, while WorkPath Australia has created career pathways for veterans and underrepresented talent to enter cyber security.

In 2026, he founded the Cyber Civilian Reserve Australia to help advance a whole-of-nation capability to cyber resilience. David is widely regarded as a purpose-driven leader committed to sovereign capability, inclusion and national impact.
