Charlotte is a Manager in KPMG’s Tech Risk and Cyber practice, where she delivers cyber advisory services focused on cyber policy, capability uplift, and large-scale transformation. She has extensive experience working with Australian federal and state government agencies to strengthen cyber resilience, governance, and operational readiness.

Charlotte holds a Master of International Relations from Monash University’s School of Social Sciences. Her research examined the Wagner Group, analysing how Russian private military and security companies exploit the globalised market for force to project political and geographic influence.
