Biljana Roksandic

Biljana is the founder of Zakon Cyber, a boutique Perth-based legal practice specialising in cyber security, technology and digital risk. She brings a rare combination of legal experience and hands-on work across cyber governance, risk and compliance (GRC) within the critical infrastructure sector.

Her work focuses on advising organisations on legal risk arising from technology, cyber security and data, including regulatory obligations, contracting and governance. Drawing on experience across both legal practice and cyber GRC, she supports organisations to strengthen accountability, manage risk and build resilience in complex, technology-driven environments.

Biljana works closely with boards, executives and operational teams, providing practical, commercially focused advice that translates legal and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.

She is an award-winning cyber professional, recognised as a Rising Star in Cyber, Security and Privacy by Women in Technology WA, and an active contributor to the cyber security community through speaking at industry conferences, mentoring, and her role as a Chapter Lead for the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN).
