Andrew is a Co-Founder and former Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of 6clicks, a Melbourne-headquartered RegTech company delivering cyber governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software purpose-built for government, regulators and critical infrastructure operators.
With a career spanning cyber security consulting, government, and product innovation, Andrew brings a uniquely practical perspective to the challenges of cyber security and AI governance at scale.
Andrew is a Technical Expert and Assessor with JASANZ, conducting evaluations of certification bodies and auditors across both the ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System and ISO/IEC 42001 Artificial Intelligence Management System schemes — placing him at the forefront of emerging cyber and AI governance practice.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a cyber security specialist with the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD), consulted to a wide range of government departments and critical infrastructure operators, and contributed to key national frameworks including the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) and the Victorian Protective Data Security Standards (VPDSS).
An internationally recognised expert, Andrew is a regular speaker at ISACA and AISA events and a frequent contributor to media, with appearances across ABC, Nine Radio, BBC World Service, tickerTV, CBC Canada, CISO Mag, and SavvySME. He holds CISSP and CISM certifications, is an ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor, and an ASD IRAP Assessor, alongside a Master's in Policing, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism, majoring in Cyber Security.
