With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, Alexandra has worked across a wide range of roles. She is currently a Falcon Complete Analyst at CrowdStrike, following previous positions as an in-house cyber security specialist, forensic analyst, and roles in service delivery and project management within both cyber security and software engineering.
Her background also includes experience as a business owner, manager, and individual contributor, giving her a blend of technical depth and strategic perspective. Her key areas of focus include identity and access management (IAM), agentic identities, forensics, incident response, and the governance of emerging AI-driven systems — particularly where traditional security frameworks fall short.
Alexandra is also studying a Juris Doctor degree, aiming to bridge the gap between law, AI governance, and cyber security. She has authored a Masters thesis on cyber security maturity models (including ISO27001, C2M2, and AESCSF) and their intersection with privacy and cyber regulatory frameworks. She continues to monitor developments in AI security, cyber legislation, and Privacy Act reforms, with a focus on how legal and technical controls must evolve to secure people and businesses in Australia.
