An inclusive culture systems framework gives cyber leaders practical steps to build unity, collaboration, and sustained high performance in their teams.
Session Details
In the cyber security sector, technical excellence alone is no longer enough. A cyber security team’s ability to adapt, innovate and achieve sustainable high performance requires an inclusive culture. However, creating an inclusive culture can be challenging; it requires leaders to understand the complexities of inclusion and intentionally apply inclusive leadership. Through inclusive leadership, a team’s knowledge and impact is amplified – through unity, collaboration, and diverse perspectives.
This workshop offers cyber leaders strategies for high-impact teams via intentional inclusion. It will explore how cyber leaders can practically and realistically create and maintain their own inclusive culture and strengthen their inclusive leadership practices via an Inclusive Culture Systems Framework.
The Workshop will:
- Simplify the complex integrated components of inclusion for security/STEM organisations,
- Clarify the role of leaders in building and maintaining an inclusive culture,
- Present a leadership framework for sustainable organisational growth, and
- Define the characteristics of inclusive leadership and enable leaders to:
