Join us for a Chatham House Rules workshop designed to help you determine whether your organisation is in control of its cyber risk.
We want participants to work through a self-scoring exercise against their own organisation to build a picture of their governance maturity.
We'll work through several questions that form the basis of security governance which will allow you to anonymously score your own business against each area, live, in the room providing you with an honest, high level view of your security governance.
By the end of the workshop, we want you to have a clearer picture of what your current state of security is to start the conversations and be able to describe their current state to a board or leadership team, a clear sense of which one or two domains represent the highest-value next step, and the confidence that comes from having actually looked, rather than guessed.
This workshop is designed for professionals in organisations without an existing governance process or no prior maturity assessment, security committee, or formal risk register and are willing to share their own challenges anonymously in this Chatham house rules session.
By the end of this workshop, we want participants to walk away with:
A working self-assessment framework they can reuse.
A simple, maturity model they can apply to their own organisation at any time and not just during the workshop.
An honest first-pass maturity score for their own business.
