Pauline Willis is the WA State Chair of the Australian Psychological Society's College of Organisational Psychologists. She is an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA) registered organisational psychologist. Bringing an international perspective to the Australian context, Pauline is an advocate of psychologically healthy workplaces through organisational design, leadership and cultural transformation.

As an organisational psychologist providing services focused on individuals, teams and organisations, she has served as a coach and confidante to leaders and executives across a range of industries to enable them to maintain personal equilibrium and effectiveness in uncertain and challenging times.

She is also a provider of peer consultation and supervision for coaches, mentors, psychologists and leaders of small businesses seeking to embrace their own self-care and professional development as well as bringing psychological research and insights into the business context.

She is the co-editor and curator of the Organisations and People Journal, which is an interdisciplinary publication that champions the role of writing and creativity in personal and professional development. Pauline has a key focus on the roles of dialogue and critical thinking as enablers to assist leaders to engage with the ever-changing landscape of external and internal threats to create successful, sustainable organisations. In her work, she uses the art and science of stories, storytelling and scenario development as mechanisms for understanding and working with organisational change, culture and dynamics.

As an evidence-based practitioner and practice-based researcher, Pauline also serves as a faculty member of the UK-based Professional Development Foundation as a learning advisor and assessor. And, as an independent researcher she collaborates with colleagues at the University of the Sunshine Coast investigating a range of topics including coaching effectiveness, self-care, well-being and serious leisure.

Pauline's experience is drawn from a wide range of industries and her professional interests include technology, one health, circular economy, sustainability, cyber security, AI, human factors and psychosocial health & safety.
