Jacqui Loustau is a seasoned cyber security leader with over 20 years of global experience across IT and cyber security. She is the Founder and Executive Director of the Australian Women in Security Network (AWSN), a not-for-profit community dedicated to connecting, supporting, educating, and inspiring women and underrepresented groups to pursue and thrive in security careers.
Jacqui is deeply passionate about cyber security as a force for social good. A strong advocate for digital safety, she is committed to educating underrepresented and vulnerable communities. This includes individuals, small businesses, and those with limited access to security knowledge, on how to protect themselves in an increasingly complex digital world. Her work focuses on making cyber security practical, inclusive, and accessible for everyone, not just technical experts.
Actively shaping the future of the industry, Jacqui contributes to multiple advisory committees at state, federal, and international levels, where she champions inclusive growth, collaboration, and meaningful change. Through speaking, mentoring, and community leadership, she empowers others with the knowledge and confidence to stay safe, informed, and resilient online.
