Dame Chris Ferguson is recognised leader in building sustainable, neuro inclusive employment practices across the IT industry. With more than 20 years of hands on experience, she works at the intersection of workforce strategy, inclusion, and capability development to help organisations create meaningful, long term employment outcomes for neurodivergent people.

Chris plays a central role, where she leads the design and delivery of neuro inclusive hiring, onboarding, and workplace integration frameworks. Her work supports both individuals and employers ensuring neurodivergent talent is set up for success while organisations build the confidence, structures, and leadership capability required for inclusive performance at scale.

Chris brings a powerful combination of professional expertise and lived experience. As the mother of two neurodivergent children, she has a deep, authentic understanding of neurodiversity across both life and work contexts. This perspective strongly shapes her strengths based, human centred approach and her commitment to psychological safety, dignity, and autonomy in employment.

Originally from the UK, Chris has travelled extensively and worked across diverse cultural and organisational environments, witnessing firsthand the impact of social and workplace barriers on opportunity. This global exposure has informed her ability to adapt neuro inclusive frameworks across regions and industries, ensuring they remain culturally relevant and practically effective.

An accomplished communicator, Chris delivers executive briefings, workforce training, and coaching across Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, and Egypt. She works closely with leadership to ensure employment pathways align organisational needs with individual strengths enhancing productivity while improving wellbeing, independence, and quality of life for neurodivergent employees.

Chris’s work is distinguished by her focus on long term outcomes. Through ongoing employer partnership, follow up support, and capability building, she helps organisations move beyond one off initiatives toward sustainable inclusion embedded in everyday practice.
