After protecting some of Australia's largest and most complex organisations — including Macquarie Group, Westpac, and Woolworths — Chantelle identified a critical gap: best-practice human risk management wasn't reaching far enough. The training that changed behaviour inside enterprise simply wasn't available to the businesses that needed it most.

She founded Psyber to change that. Today, Psyber delivers world-class cyber security and AI safety awareness — making enterprise-grade human risk management accessible to every Australian organisation.

Chantelle's mission is to empower one million Australians with the skills and confidence to stay cyber safe, from frontline staff to the boardroom.

Alongside building Psyber, Chantelle is an active voice in Australia's cyber security conversation, sharing insights through podcasts with leaders including Shark Tank's Nick Bell and being featured by publications including Commbank and Women's Agenda.
